Today I showed part of my daily harvest (radishes, sweet potatoes, watercress, fennel, various sorts of salads, etc.). The spring is starting to arrive. We will have some days in between 15 and 23 °C in Amchit (very warm for the season) and then days of rain and snow over the mountains in between 8 and 12 °C, starting from the middle - end of next week.
Red-Oak, aren't you interested to come taste the watercress and discuss this whole story around a plate of bread, olives and watercress?
