Showing the place where I started building a new raised bed

Today I did my daily video in the garden, showing the place where I started building a new raised bed.

Today my parents have written again the Earldom, directing their words to Red-Oak. Again, the Wiseman of the Sea, speaking in the name of the entire family, offers the expression of his best feelings to Red-Oak.

But, I do not expect an answer right now. Not yet.

It's a build up of emotions, of words, that will one day lead to a response. But the Princess will probably herself do a move, when she sees Red-Oak and Green-Rose are ready, when she is not scared anymore. Or perhaps it will be Little-Flute who will convince Red-Oak to do something. Or it will be Red-Oak himself. I don't know yet.

But, the absence of response that is ongoing for 1 year and six months in front of very polite messages from my family well shows the distrustful mindset of Red-Oak, a cultural trait he and the rest of his family carry. It also shows that he is powerless, and fearful of what he has done to me - fearful of the consequences it could have on him - instead of being displeased / ashamed and trying to make things alright.

This is just an observation of how things are, and I trust that we will reach a happy ending to this story, and that we will make the wall that surrounds the heart of Red-Oak fall.

I read a sentence today that I really liked: "Art defeats silence." I believe this sentence is true. Silence will be defeated, because it is not a fair silence. It is a silence of distrust, of emotional numbness, of half-truth. Silence will be defeated.
The poetry of Annelies and I will defeat it.

Annelies is publishing very strong writings on her blogs.

And I had forgotten one her writings she posted a few months ago, called "A case of corruption in North-Brabant" that you can read again on this link: https://annelieskiewietbroeders.wordpress.com/2024/10/10/a-case-of-corruption-in-north-brabant/
I don't know why, but it resonated with me!
