My jogging along the sea today...
While preparing the first olives from the olive trees I take care of. It's an antique way of preparing the first green olives, beating them with a pebble before placing them in a jar with water, raw salt and olive oil. In that way, their bitterness fades away faster, in just two weeks. (video and photo taken by Golden-Feather, my sister).
And this is a video taken by the Wiseman-of-the-Sea (my father) from Ehmej, a village in the mountains above Amchit, where he and my brother participated to a 10 km marathon today. They saw a shepherd with his goats along the trail...
