 The Prince speaks while watering...

Today, 14th of June, is the feast of Saint Elysee, to whom a church built many centuries ago by the family of the Prince is dedicated. It is in this church the parents of the Prince got married, around 38 years ago. It is in this church the Prince got baptized, shortly after his birth, 33 years ago. This church is in the middle of the village. Underneath are a few pictures the Wiseman-of-the-sea took. They aren't very clear because they are taken by night. Candles are lit for the feast of Saint Elysee, called Mar Lichaa.

There are many churchs in Amchit. This is just one of them. It's not clearly visible in the pictures (it is the small square in front of the church, and the narrow alley on its side, that the Wiseman-of-the-sea who was only passing there photographed.) This church is located at fifteen minutes of walk from the house where the Prince lives.

The picture below was taken four years ago, in Beirut. The Prince who was wearing a mask (during the pandemics) and going out to have his daily jogging encountered a bird, who, for mysterious reasons liked him, and settled itself on the Prince's shoulder. The Prince was not yet experienced with animals back then...

That is another picture the Wiseman-of-the-sea took, a couple of years ago, by the sea, in front of a tiny island, in Byblos, at five kilometers from Amchit. This beach is composed essentially of pebbles and for mysterious reasons the Prince in the past found many marbles in that place. Probably children played with marbles close to the river that throws itself in the sea at the level of this beach, and the river carried there all the marbles children lost, to the greatest joy of the Prince, when he was a kid. The Prince found around 800 marbles on this beach, over the years, that he still has. All these marbles are salty, they have salt on their glass surface. Some are made of stone.

And that is a small cedar the Prince drew a few years ago, entirely with natural elements from the garden. This picture is taken in the garden by the sea that belongs to his grandparents. The Prince takes care of one section of this garden.

The Cedar is a very important symbol in the Kingdom of Ylliriel.
